Soltilo Bright Stars FC is transitioning to a hybrid ownership structure. We have allocated 20% of the Club’s shareholding to a Members’ Trust. By joining, you become a co-owner.
Since 1997, our club has been built on the dreams of the communities we share our world with. Today, we are taking a historic step to ensure those dreams belong to you. Inspired by the world’s most sustainable football models, Soltilo Bright Stars FC is transitioning to a hybrid ownership structure and offering membership to the public.
By becoming a member, you are not just a fan; you are a co-owner. We have allocated 20% of the Club’s shareholding to a newly created Members’ Trust, which holds shares on behalf of our supporters. As the trust grows, it has the capacity to own up to 49% of the club.

There are three categories of membership
The Gold Membership
For our most dedicated supporters, the Gold Membership is available for an annual contribution of UGX 1,000,000. This tier provides the highest level of influence within the club, granting you two votes in Trust elections and full voting rights at the Club AGM through your Trust representative. Gold members enjoy premium matchday access with a free season ticket for all home games plus an additional guest ticket per match.
You will be fully geared up with a complete set of official kits (both Home and Away) and receive a 20% discount on all other merchandise. Beyond the pitch, Gold members receive free Academy membership for one child, fitness class access for two people, and exclusive “Gold-only” community events and live match updates. Your contribution is honored with a listing on both our official website and in every matchday program.
The Silver Membership
The Silver Membership is a fantastic way to become a co-owner for an annual contribution of UGX 550,000. As a Silver member, you hold a legal stake in the club through the Trust and exercise one vote in Trust elections, with the right to attend the Club AGM as an observer.
Silver members receive a free season ticket for all home matches and a 10% discount on club merchandise. Your membership includes one official replica home jersey to wear with pride. You will also benefit from a discounted rate for one child at our Club Academy, fitness class membership for one person, and access to our community WhatsApp group and Silver-tier events. Your name will be proudly displayed on our official website as a registered co-owner.
Junior Stars Membership
In line with our roots as an academy-first club, the Junior Stars Membership is dedicated to our younger supporters who are the future of Soltilo Bright Stars. We believe that age should not be a barrier to ownership, which is why this category is specifically tailored to be accessible for students and young professionals. For an annual contribution of UGX 250,000, Junior Stars become official co-owners of the club, holding a legal stake through the Members’ Trust and exercising one vote in Trust elections.
Junior Stars enjoy a free season ticket for all home games to ensure our “Yellow and Bright” atmosphere is driven by the energy of the youth. To keep you matchday-ready, this membership includes one official club scarf or a branded Junior Stars T-shirt, along with a 10% discount on all club merchandise.
Recognizing the aspirations of our younger members, this tier focuses on growth and participation. Junior Stars receive a 50% discount on Academy registration (for those still eligible to play) and exclusive access to “Career in Sports” webinars and mentorship sessions hosted by club administrators and partners. Members are recognized on a dedicated “Future Stars” honor roll on our website, receive our monthly digital newsletter, and gain access to a moderated Junior Stars community group for networking and fan engagement.

It means supporters hold a genuine equity stake in the club through the Members’ Trust, rather than simply paying for a fan subscription — members can vote on Trust matters and share in the club’s governance.
Gold members hold a larger stake with two Trust votes and full AGM voting rights, plus a fuller matchday, kit, and Academy benefits package. Silver members hold one vote, AGM observer status, and a lighter benefits package at a lower annual contribution.
Your stake is held on your behalf by the Members’ Trust, which in turn holds shares in the club — this pooled structure is what allows the Trust to grow toward owning up to 49% of Soltilo Bright Stars FC over time.
Membership is an annual contribution, renewed each year to keep your Trust stake, voting rights, and matchday benefits active.
Active members are notified ahead of Trust elections and the Club AGM, where Gold and Silver members can cast their votes according to their tier’s entitlement.

Yes — the Junior Stars tier is open to supporters aged 23 and under, and Gold/Silver members also receive discounted or free Academy access for one child.
